With regards to the use of any songs for which Adoptive Music/Final Quest Music holds control of the writing/publishing (those by Chuck & Lynette Giacinto), Adoptive Music/Final Quest Music grants the non-commercial use of these songs for personal adoption videos. Any other uses, commercial or otherwise will require appropriate license or clearance. We are honored that a family would find that one of our songs would be selected to share in the memories of their family story. Should the video be posted online, we do request a credit and/or link in return for the use, to direct people to our site. To license use of our songs beyond this personal non-commercial use, you can contact us here. Please Note: Regarding the use of any of the other songs by other artists that appear on an Adoptive Music release (i.e. The Spirit of Adoption compilation), while we may link to an off-site adoption video for entertainment purposes only, we in no way have the authority to grant permission for use of these songs. Adoptive Music/Final Quest Music is not responsible for the un-authorized use of any copyrighted material it does not control. Please contact the Artist's record companies or publishers for their policies regarding the use of their material. We believe that artists, both major label and independent, deserve appropriate compensation for their copyrighted material.
